Life can be difficult at times. You may be looking to make sense of underlying feelings, patterns and behaviours in your life and relationships, or be curious about your identity, culture or sense of belonging. Exploring and processing your concerns in a supportive and confidential setting offers new perspectives, untangles emotions, or helps find acceptance.
Feeling seen, heard and valued is at the core of this work, and I adapt to your needs. Putting words to and making sense of our emotions can ease the fear and anxiety of the unknown and help us be more in touch with ourselves.
Believing in our innate potential for growth and change, I have a calm and compassionate style, working collaboratively at your own pace and towards your goals. I am a registered member of the BACP, guided by an ethical framework that puts you and your wellbeing at the heart of our work.
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in North London (Archway and Tufnell Park), working with clients from diverse and international backgrounds. I have experience working with mood, anxiety as well as identity and family related issues. I offer sessions in person or online, in English, German or Swiss-German.
Taking this first step can feel daunting. I offer a free introductory phone call to talk about any questions and concerns you may have.
